PetroSantander (Colombia) GmbH is a foreign company branch, with its main office in Bogotá. The Parent Company administrative offices are located in Houston, Texas, USA.
PetroSantander (Colombia) GmbH operates the Carare – Las Monas Special Contract, entered into with Ecopetrol, under which exploration and exploitation projects for oil, gas and their by-products are developed in the Municipality of Sabana de Torres, to the east of the Middle Magdalena Valley basin, in the Department of Santander.
